Stages of Water Filtration

1st Stage: Sediment Filter

  • Filter Type: 5-micron wound filter.
  • Function: Removes sand, silt, dust, dirt, and other particles.
  • Additional Treatment: Extra antiscalant treatment based on raw water TDS.

2nd Stage: Granular Activated Carbon (GAC) Filter

  • Filter Type: Granular Activated Carbon (GAC).
  • Function: Absorbs harmful chemicals, eliminates bad odors, taste, and color, and reduces excess chemical impurities.

3rd Stage: Spun Filter

  • Filter Type: High-efficiency spun filter.
  • Function: Removes physical impurities, ensuring maximum water clarity.
  • Key Benefit: Prevents even highly turbid water from passing through as it is the final physical filtration step.

4th Stage: 0.0001 Micron Membrane

  • Filter Type: Thin Film Composite (TFC) membrane.
  • Function: Removes 90% of Total Dissolved Solids (TDS), heavy metals, fluoride, nitrates, and other contaminants.
  • Micron Size: 0.0001 micron for precision filtration.

5th Stage: Post Carbon Cartridge

  • Filter Type: Polishing carbon cartridge.
  • Function: Restores the natural taste of water.
  • Key Benefit: Prevents bacterial growth, ensuring safe and fresh water.

6th Stage: Antiscalant Balls

  • Purpose: Enhances the life of the membrane.
  • Function: Prevents scale buildup, maintaining filtration efficiency over time.
